‘한성주 남친’ 크리스토퍼 수, 해명글 전문 공개

자신을 방송인 한성주의 전 남자친구라고 밝힌 크리스토퍼 수가 자신의 입장을 담은 영문 해명자료를 언론에 배포해 진실 공방이 한층 뜨거워지고 있다.

크리스토퍼 수는 자료를 통해 “한성주와 그녀의 가족이 진실을 돌리기 위해 거짓말을 인터넷에 퍼뜨리고 있다”며 “때가 되면 법정에서 3월 29일 발생한 폭행·납치 사건의 진실을 밝힐 것”이라고 밝혔다.

크리스토퍼 수는 “사건 6개월 전부터 본인과 한성주는 동거 중이었으므로 무단 침입에 해당되지 않는다”며 한성주의 주장을 정면 반박했다.

또한 “자신은 한국어를 읽지도 쓰지도 못 한다”며 “자신이 한성주에게 사과 메일을 보냈다는 이야기는 거짓이며, 한성주가 직접 쓴 것”이라고 주장했다.

한성주와 크리스토퍼 수는 결혼을 전제로 교제해 왔으나, 결별한 뒤 서로에게 폭행을 당했다고 주장하며 법정 태세를 벌여 오고 있다.

다음은 크리스토퍼 수가 밝힌 영문 해명자료의 전문.

Han Sung Ju and her family continue to spin a web of lies to divert the truth from the assault and kidnapping. In due time, a mountain of evidence will be produced in the court of law to reveal the truth of the assault and kidnapping on March 29th, 2011.

Han Sung Ju’s side has publicly stated that breaking and entering occurred, yet the couple had already been living together for more than 6 months. They have publicly stated that scissors were used against her – if so, how could she possibly have time to call 6 other persons, including 2 gangsters, to her rescue? She will have a hard time explaining the blood, the bruises, and the injuries sustained to only one person, Christopher Hsu. Her side of the story is a continuing web of lies.

Separately, they have referred to apology emails that were written by Han Sung Ju herself, not Christopher Hsu, who does not read or write Korean. No apologies or written messages change the fact that Christopher Hsu was severely assaulted and kidnapped, to such a point that he had to be admitted to the emergency room and file an immediate police report against Han Sung Ju and her family.

Furthermore, the assault is a repeat of Han Sung Ju’s past, such as in 2005, when she and her family had another ex-boyfriend kidnapped and assaulted.
